IntelliPortal provides API services for messaging and related integrations. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms and any applicable documentation.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Send unsolicited, spam, or otherwise prohibited messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

5. API Usage and Rate Limits
Your use of the API is subject to the rate limits and usage quotas associated with your plan. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access if usage exceeds these limits or threatens the stability or security of the Service.
6. Fees and Payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

The Service, including its software, documentation, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit through the Service.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
