When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name through our authentication provider (Clerk). When you use our API, we log request metadata including timestamps, endpoints called, and response codes for debugging and analytics purposes.

We do not store the content of messages sent through our API beyond the time required for delivery. Message payloads are processed in transit and not persisted.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our API services
  • Send transactional notifications about your account and API usage
  • Monitor and enforce rate limits and usage quotas
  • Detect, prevent, and address security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, authentication, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements.

4. Data Security

API keys are SHA-256 hashed and never stored in plaintext. Webhook payloads are signed with HMAC-SHA256. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. We conduct regular security audits of our infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. API request logs are retained for 90 days. Webhook delivery logs are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights
